Summary
Discover how Arc Studio helps teams leverage AI to turn ideas into onchain apps with native Circle infrastructure integrations, exportable full-stack code, and USDC-enabled value movement.
Today we're introducing Arc Studio, an AI coding agent that lets you create onchain apps, contracts, and agents through prompts. Just describe what you want in natural language and Studio generates a full-stack application in minutes — frontend UI, backend logic, and smart contracts — making it faster for developers to build and easier for new builders to get started. Start on the web, or drive Studio as a subagent from tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor without leaving your existing workflow.
Building onchain has historically required developers to assemble too much prior to testing — wallets, gas, smart contracts, protocol integrations, testnet tooling — all before writing a single line of product logic. For experienced developers, this fragmented work extends production timelines. For everyone else, there's no self-serve guided path at all. Studio is designed to change that.
Arc is the Economic OS for the internet; Studio is its AI development layer, built so anyone with an idea can ship a working app.
Studio turns intent into onchain apps
Builders describe what they want in plain language, and Studio generates a full-stack application.
Studio is domain-specific by design. It understands Arc and Circle's developer stack — CCTP, Contracts, Gateway, Wallets, and other stablecoin infrastructure — which means generated apps are built around coherent onchain primitives rather than general-purpose abstractions. Apps can include live integrations with protocols and assets and can be tested across 9 blockchains, including Arbitrum, Arc, Avalanche, Base, Ethereum, Monad, OP Mainnet, Polygon, and Unichain.
Developers can export the generated code, move it into their own repos, inspect the logic, and deploy with their own keys and infrastructure. For non-technical builders, the generated app is a working artifact their whole team can review, test, and improve together, rather than needing to wait on engineering availability.
What builders can create with Studio
Studio is designed for creating any onchain app that touches USDC flows: payments, swaps, wallets, bridges, lending experiences, staking flows, programmable payouts, and more.
A fintech team could prompt Studio to prototype a cross-border payout app with a clean admin UI and wallet flows handled under the surface. A consumer app could test an in-app stablecoin payment experience for digital goods or creator monetization. A SaaS platform could generate a pay-per-use billing flow where usage triggers USDC settlement. An AI platform could experiment with agent-to-agent payments or pay-per-compute workflows.
Protocol teams can also use Studio to make their building blocks easier to reach. With access to composable protocols — Aave, Morpho, Uniswap,1 and others — Studio lets builders move from idea to app without wiring each integration manually. Builders get components and protocols to gain distribution through new app surfaces. Instead of debating an onchain feature abstractly, teams can put a functional version in front of users, compliance reviewers, or investors.
Start building with Studio
Studio gives teams a fast path from concept to something real. Developers can ship fast and spend more time on what makes their product unique. Product leaders can validate ideas with working prototypes instead of static specs. Designers, marketers, founders, and operators can turn a product concept into something their team can see, test, and improve.
Start with an idea. Prototype the first version with a conversation. When the idea is strong enough, leverage Arc, Circle Developer Services, and the broader ecosystem of protocols, partners, and community programs to bring your product to market. This is how onchain applications move from experiments to product features — not by making the underlying infrastructure less serious, but by making the first steps more accessible.
1 Circle has a commercial relationship with Aave, Morpho, and Uniswap.
Arc Studio is an AI-powered development tool designed to help users generate, preview, test, and build onchain applications and smart contracts using AI and third-party development tools. AI-generated code and other outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, or contain bugs or vulnerabilities and should be independently reviewed, tested, and validated before use. Arc Studio does not deploy, sign, fund, or submit mainnet transactions on your behalf. Any use of Arc Studio-generated code or applications on mainnet is undertaken by you using your own credentials and at your own risk. Arc Studio is offered by Circle Technology Services, LLC (“CTS”), a software provider that does not provide regulated financial, investment, legal, tax, or other advisory services. Arc Studio features, integrations, and functionality may change over time. You are solely responsible for services you provide to users, including obtaining any necessary licenses or approvals and otherwise complying with applicable laws.
Transactions on mainnet involve real funds and, once submitted, are irreversible. Arc Studio may generate or edit code or configuration that references mainnet, but Arc Studio does not deploy to, transact on, sign for, fund, or otherwise interact with mainnet on your behalf. Any code used for mainnet must be independently reviewed, tested, validated, deployed, and operated by you outside of Arc Studio. You are solely responsible for any losses, errors, or other consequences resulting from your use of any code, configuration, or output generated or edited through Arc Studio in connection with mainnet. Before proceeding, you should first use testnet, obtain an independent professional audit, and carefully review all wallet addresses, contract addresses, chain settings, permissions, and other configuration details. Only continue to mainnet after you have completed your independent review and have determined that you want to proceed.
Arc is an open L1 blockchain launched by Arc Network Services LLC ("Arc LLC") and operated by a permissioned validator set. Arc LLC provides software services only and does not offer regulated financial or advisory services. Arc has not been reviewed or approved by the New York State Department of Financial Services or any other regulatory authority.
The Arc network is provided "as is" and "as available." Use of Arc involves inherent risks associated with blockchain technology, including smart contract vulnerabilities, network disruptions, and the absence of recourse for transaction errors or losses. The ability to transact on Arc depends on the ability to obtain and use USDC to pay gas fees. Neither Arc LLC nor any permissioned validator is responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or functionality of third-party applications, protocols, or services built on or integrated with Arc. You are solely responsible for features or services you provide to users, including obtaining any necessary licenses or approvals and otherwise complying with applicable laws.
All Arc features may be modified, delayed, or cancelled at any time without notice. Nothing herein constitutes a commitment, warranty, guarantee or legal, regulatory, tax, or investment advice.
