Arc partner guidelines

The Arc name and logo are part of Circle’s Brand Assets. These guidelines explain how partners and developers may use them correctly and consistently. The goal is to ensure your materials are clear, accurate, and aligned with the Arc ecosystem.

Use of Arc Brand Assets is permitted only in accordance with the Circle Brand Use Policy and any applicable agreements with Circle. Consult the Circle Brand Policy in the Brand Kit for more information.

Arc is infrastructure — your brand should always take the lead.

Arc name

The Arc name can be used in copy to designate products and teams who are building on Arc. Take care not to overstate the relationship, or incorporate the Arc name into your company name, app icon, or similar.

Do

Reference the Arc name in descriptive contexts like content or documentation, or in UI contexts, to indicate it as foundational infrastructure you are building on.

Clarify your company or product’s relationship with Arc, using the phrase “built on Arc” (e.g. “Our product is built on Arc”).

Use Arc as a proper noun or adjective (e.g., “built on Arc” or “Arc integration”).

Reference the benefits of building on Arc and highlight the role the technology plays in your product.

Include proper attribution where feasible (e.g., “Arc is a trademark of Circle Internet Group, Inc. and/or its affiliates”). Use the ™ symbol with first or most prominent use when practical.

Reference Arc as the infrastructure you are building on, using “Arc Network” in the first instance and “Arc” thereafter.

Don’t

Incorporate the Arc name into your own company name or your product name, without qualification.

Obscure or complicate the relationship by using Arc in a way that might confuse audiences (e.g., “Arc Payment App”).

Pluralize or make progressive (e.g., “Arcs” or “Arc’s”).

Overstate the relationship without proper context or hierarchy.

Use Arc in restricted or harmful contexts, like illegal, misleading, defamatory or offensive materials. Do not use Arc in association with prohibited industries or activities.

Repeat “Arc Network” in your communications. “Arc” is sufficient.

Examples

It’s important to position Arc appropriately in relation to your own brand. Use Arc to reinforce credibility and capability; do not use Arc as your primary identity.
